New Employee Orientation (NEO)

This orientation course provides newly hired USA DeBusk team members with a foundational understanding of the critical health, safety, and environmental (HSE) risks associated with their work. Designed for employees entering high-hazard environments, the training covers key regulatory and company-specific topics including hazard communication, slips/trips/falls, fall protection, H₂S awareness, asbestos awareness, and other core risk factors relevant to field and facility operations. The content focuses on situational awareness, hazard recognition, and personal responsibility—ensuring employees are prepared to integrate into the work environment with clarity, competence, and an understanding of the expectations that drive our safety culture.
